The My Bond Fitness Programme is designed to break down barriers hindering individuals from entering the property market.
By providing education, legal assistance, and mentoring, the program equips the market with the tools necessary to meet banks’ requirements and successfully apply for home loans.
A home ownership programme for the employees of CETA located in 9 Provinces was also launched on 13 March 2024.
Enriching the Dialogue on Housing Issues
The panel discussion, scheduled for Session 3 on Day 1 of the conference, promises to be insightful and thought-provoking.
Prof Ivan Turok will facilitate the session, which will also feature discussions on topics such as National Land Value Capture in particular the challenges this has revealed within municipalities, Urban Think Tank Empower’s work around public housing in Cape Town, challenges related to heritage and the Urban Development Zone, and innovations in financing, including insights from the insurance industry.
