HOW MUCH WILL IT COST?
Our standard fee for a basic Will is usually R600.00, but for a limited time only we are offering this service at R400.00 plus VAT.
For a more comprehensive Will our standard fee is R1 200.00 but for a limited time only we will draft for R1 000.00 plus VAT.

RATES CLEARANCE CERTIFCATES
Regarding transfers where we have received the rates clearance certificate from the relevant Municipality, or where rates have lapsed or will lapse during the 21 day lockdown, we will apply for extended rates. Please note that the municipalities are also going on lockdown and might not attend to any rates applications, extensions or queries during this time.
Please note that the Deeds Office and Masters Office will remain closed throughout the lockdown. However, all matters will be prepared to lodge as soon as both the Deeds and Masters Office are open again. We will advise as soon as we are notified.
