Our team registered numerous property transactions using the innovative partition registration transfer processes, complex property subdivision transactions and they recently assisted farm workers to unlock the value in their land with a complex process that involved raising subsidies for first time home owners, the subdivision of the land into 26 individual erven, as well as the negotiations with the local authority and issue of back to back guarantees to obtain subdivision clearance from the local authority and unblock a process that was stagnant for some 15 years.

As Meyer started his professional career in 1980 with a 6 year stint at the Master of the High Court and also regularly lectured on the topics of wills, estates and trusts as a member of the Wills Estates and Trusts Committee of the Law Society – Cape of Good Hope in the Western Cape, we are able to provide a comprehensive service in any of these aspects.
Meyer is often called in as an expert to resolve complex estate matters and/ or a dispute between trustees or heirs and beneficiaries.
