Such an important and informative interview!  A topic that I believe we all need to learn about to prevent floundering around finding information when one is faced with an imminent challenge.  What a pleasure it was having Meyer de Waal on hand to unpack all of the complexities of having a Power of Attorney and the different situations in which one may need such an important document.  Meyer is a well known, practising, conveyancing attorney and notary who has a niche to tackle complex property matters and come up with a practical solution.  Meyer is also Director of MDW INC.
